Karunamaya Vesna Blazhevska – Turning Global Goals into Daily Practice
Karunamaya Vesna Blazhevska grew up in Yugoslavia, in what is now North Macedonia, and has worked since 2008 as a Communications Assistant with the United Nations Department of Global Communications. The role sits at the intersection of making complicated ideas easier to understand and staying close to conversations about how the world's resources and opportunities get shared. Her list of interests includes climate action, clean energy, quality education, gender equality, responsible consumption, sustainable cities, life below water, and peace.
